Order Acceptance & Pricing
- All orders require written confirmation via PO or email approval
- Prices valid for 30 days from quote date
- MOQs apply (varies by product)
Payment Terms
- New Clients: 50% advance, 50% before shipment
- Approved Accounts: Net 30 days (subject to credit check)
- Currency: USD/EUR (wire transfer only)
Production & Delivery
- Standard lead time: 15-25 business days (expedited available)
- Shipping: FOB Dhaka (other Incoterms negotiable)
- Delays: Force majeure clauses apply
Quality Assurance
- Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt
- Replacement/credit issued for verified non-conformities
- Tolerance: ±5% on quantity, ±2mm on dimensions
Intellectual Property
- Client-supplied designs remain client property
- Grade One retains rights to standard trim designs
Sustainability Compliance
- Certifications valid at time of production
- Material substitutions may occur with equivalent certified alternatives
Liability
- Maximum liability = order value
- Not responsible for consequential damages
